Wet Weather Policy

Nippers will be run in wet weather.

However it will be cancelled in the event of thunder and lightning storms.

In all other conditions nippers will still be on.

calendar2017-18 Nippers late registrations are STILL OPEN!

To avoid disappointment, all registrations

MUST BE CONDUCTED ONLINE BY SUNDAY 22nd OCTOBER 2017.

There will be no more extensions on this as children who register any later would not be able to satisfy the attendance requirements by 31 Dec 2017 to receive their Surf Education awards at the end of the season in 2018.

We require ONE PARENT OR GUARDIAN  from each family to sign up FREE OF CHARGE, as a helper, unless of course, someone from your family is already a member of the club. New parents, please follow the same instructions for joining as for nippers below; but in their own name of course.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

Fees MUST BE PAID ONLINE and include a PINK VEST FOR ALL ENROLMENTS as well as the age group/club coloured nipper cap for NEW ENROLMENTS:

$150 - 1st child

$130 - 2ndchild

$110   - 3rd and consecutive children

Parents and guardians who are signing up as helpers need to type "Nippers Helper" in the comments box, and select "General" for their membership type.

NEW MEMBER IDENTIFICATION

New members must send us an image of their proof of age (birth certificate or passport) to:

LAST CHANCE AQUATIC EVALUATIONS AND PROFICIENCY SWIMS

ALL NIPPERS must complete their aquatic evaluation or, depending on their age, proficiency swim.

When?  8:00am Saturday 21st October 2017

Where? Frenchman's Bay, La Perouse (on the beach next to the old boatshed cafe).

What to bring?  Apart from swimmers and a towel, all children MUST wear their pink vest and nipper cap if they have one or may borrow one. They may also choose to wear goggles, a wetsuit, and a swim cap.

Parents must remain on the beach until their child hasbeen signed off for their evaluation or swim.

ALL ACCOMPANYING CHILDREN MUST BE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

NIPPERS ACTIVITIES ARE HELD

8:45am on the beach for rollcall, Sundays until 17 December, when we take our Christmas break, then from the beginning of February until late March, with our presentation usually held at the end of April.
